I have a verifiable track record of successfully managing multifamily construction projects. My project experience includes new construction & renovations for LITHC and Market Rate. I provide hands-on support to take the project from concept to completion related to preconstruction, submittals, bidding, buyouts, project management, job mobilization, job accounting, operations management, and closeout.
I make certain all of our projects run smoothly and seamlessly. I achieve this by developing partnerships with our vendors and subcontractors. I work closely with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with the quality of our work and will continue to use our services for future projects.
