I am a results-oriented and collaborative Assistant Construction Project Manager specializing in all phases of over $50MM multifamily new construction and renovation projects from bidding to project closeout for Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Market Rate.

I have a proven history of on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completions. With a background in business development, I am also equipped with strong client relationship skills to maximize future business opportunities.

I am a firm believer that the only way projects succeed is through teamwork: I utilize servant style leadership to build strong teams through communication, collaboration, and accountability.

What do I do?

I make lives easier. I make my team members' lives easier by motivating and supporting them, guiding them in the right direction, and clearing the path of obstacles for project success. I make my customers' lives easier by keeping them involved every step of the way to make certain they are happy with the end results.
